Kaori Ikeda Chun has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of user experience design and management. Kaori is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Design at Treasure Data. Prior to this, they held the position of User Experience Director at RingCentral, where they led the UX team responsible for phone and chat experiences. Before that, they worked as the Executive Director of Digital Wallet and Consumer Banking UX at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they focused on increasing awareness and adoption of digital wallet usage. As the Director of User Experience at Walmart Global eCommerce, Kaori oversaw the responsive and mobile experiences of the Walmart.com platform and led various design initiatives. Kaori also worked as an Independent Consultant at KIC Design, where they provided interface designs for clients and oversaw creative and design direction. Earlier in their career, they served as the Creative Director for Symbidia, oversaw design initiatives, and hired and trained local talent. Kaori also held positions at Razorfish as a Design Director and Senior Designer, and at Ikonic as a Senior Graphic Designer. Throughout their career, Kaori has worked with various high-profile clients and gained expertise in interface design, user experience, and team management.

Kaori Ikeda Chun received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic and Packaging Design from ArtCenter College of Design.
