Greg Packet is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in overseeing operations and enhancing performance in various roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Projects and Products at TREALITY SVS since February 2015, Greg manages the PMO to ensure excellence in project and product deployment while guiding project managers in achieving schedule and financial targets. Prior to this, Greg held multiple managerial positions at Barco Inc., including managing the Project Management Office and leading a customer service organization, fostering improvements in project deliverables and service agreements. Additionally, Greg has experience as a Senior Project Manager and a Project Manager at Broadwing Communications, coordinating complex systems and telecommunications projects. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force and an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Hillsborough Community College.
