Richard Petkoff is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in transmission line design and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at SECo since April 2019, Richard also holds the position of Senior Transmission Engineer at TRC Companies, Inc. since April 2013. Prior to these roles, Richard worked at Pepco Holdings for over three decades, advancing from various Associate Engineer positions to Senior Supervising Engineer, with responsibilities ranging from the design and maintenance of overhead transmission lines to managing engineering design for underground transmission lines. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech in 1979.
