Mustafa Mahmoodzada, P.E., CFM, is a Senior Project Manager at TRC Companies, Inc. since February 2023, where responsibilities include preparing sketches, engineering analyses, and project specifications, as well as completing construction cost estimates. Prior to this role, Mustafa served as a Principal Engineer for Prince William County Government, providing specialized engineering review and serving as a subject matter expert. Previous positions include Project Engineer at christopher consultants, ltd., and Dominion Engineering and Design, where planning and design of civil engineering projects were key focuses. Mustafa’s extensive experience also includes roles as QC Manager and Project Manager for various firms in Afghanistan, where quality control and project management duties were paramount. Mustafa holds a Master of Science in Civil & Infrastructure Engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Kabul University.
