Nikhil Chada started their work experience in 2019 as a Project Engineer at Sahiti Constructions, where they worked from June 2019 to August 2019. In 2021, they worked as a Construction Materials Technician at ECS Limited for one month from July to August. Currently, they are working at Traylor Bros., Inc. where they started as an Engineering Intern from August 2022 to December 2022, and is currently serving as a Field Engineer from January 2023 onwards.

Nikhil Chada pursued a Master's degree in Construction Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Warangal, from 2016 to 2020.
