Hani Hassan currently serves in the Investments & Joint Ventures department at Shamal Holding since January 2024. Hani co-founded traxl in January 2017, an on-demand trucking services company that utilizes a digital platform to streamline the movement of goods via Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs), aiming to optimize the fragmented freight market. Prior to these roles, Hani held various positions at EY from March 2019 to January 2024, progressing from Senior Analyst to Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Auditor and Auditor at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. International from November 2015 to February 2019. Hani is a CFA Level III Candidate and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the American University of Science and Technology.
