James has been in retail for over 22 years and has extensive experience of multi-channel and digital expansions. He previously served on the board of Screwfix as Commercial and Digital director and held a number of senior positions in Kingfisher including General Manager – Kingfisher Asia and Director of Trading at B&Q. Prior to Kingfisher he held a number of senior positions at Sainsbury’s across operations, commercial and supply chain.
