Chia-Wen Tsai has been working in the software engineering field since 2010. In 2010, they were a PHP Developer at the National Chiao Tung University Information Technology Service Center. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Software Engineer at NUUO Inc., where they designed and implemented NuStation, a client of Crystal with GPU accelerated video decoding in Linux. Since 2016, they have been a Development Team Lead and Software Engineer at TravelSkope, where they have integrated flight meta search API into HelloWings, integrated credit card payments and bank virtual account payment into online travel agency, and designed and implemented hotel search and booking in online travel agency through API integration.

Chia-Wen Tsai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University between 2007 and 2011. Chia-Wen then went on to earn a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution between 2011 and 2013.
