Jerry Klaas has over 25 years of experience in customer service and the travel industry. Currently serving as a Guest Services Representative at Entertainment Cruise Productions since September 2022, Jerry also operates as an Independent Contractor at TravelPlex Travel & Cruise since November 2014. Previous roles include Alarm Monitoring Agent at Interface Systems, Travel Consultant at Connexions Loyalty, and various customer service and operational positions at American Airlines and Trans World Airlines. Jerry's educational background includes a Certificate of Completion in Worldspan and Airline Reservations from Trans World Travel Academy, along with studies in general studies and pre-ministerial studies at Southwestern Illinois College and Concordia University-Wisconsin, respectively.
