Jim McFarlane serves as the General Counsel and VP of Capital Markets & Transactions at Traveloka since June 2022, following a role as Regional Counsel at Grab from June 2021 to June 2022, a leading platform in Southeast Asia offering transportation, logistics, and financial services. Prior experience includes serving as Special Counsel at Milbank LLP from April 2011 to May 2021 and as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from September 2008 to April 2011. Jim McFarlane began a legal career as a Litigation Legal Assistant at Skadden Arps from June 2004 to July 2005. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.
