Lynne Coldray has a diverse work experience spanning several years in various roles. Lynne began their career at Beefeater Restaurants as a Training Manager and later transitioned into roles such as Operations Manager and New Developments Manager. Lynne then joined Whitbread and took on positions such as IT Business Readiness Manager, Change Project Manager, and Business Change Manager. Lynne'sresponsibilities included managing projects, ensuring business engagement, and coordinating communication. Lynne also owned a bed and breakfast in the French Alps and currently holds the role of Head of Business Change at Travelodge Hotels Limited.

Lynne Coldray attended South Hunsley Melton East Yorkshire from 1979 to 1988, but did not receive a degree. Lynne then studied at Staffordshire University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a BA Hons in Business Studies.
