Daniel Powell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Daniel began their career as an Associate at Alternative Assets Investment Management, where they collaborated with hedge fund managers and assisted in marketing efforts. During their time there, they also managed and recruited interns. Following this, they interned at TED Conferences, where they catalogued the company's website and produced website metrics reports.
Daniel then transitioned to a Specialist role at Apple, where they excelled in providing technical support to customers from diverse backgrounds. Despite not having prior technical support experience, they achieved weekly metrics at an equal or higher level than the support team average.
Afterwards, Daniel joined Indicative as a Technical Support Representative, supporting end-users and contributing to bug fixes, new releases, and customer support tasks. Daniel later took on a similar role at mParticle, where they continued to support users and collaborate with engineers and product team members.
Most recently, Daniel joined TravelNet Solutions as a Software Support professional.
