Andrew is currently working as the General Manager of Revenue Management at TravelNet Solutions, where they help hospitality professionals enhance revenue, improve efficiency, and elevate guest service. Prior to this, Andrew was a Mentor at Techstars, specifically involved with the Cox Enterprises Social Impact Accelerator powered by Techstars, which supports startups focused on environmental sustainability and social entrepreneurship. Andrew was also the CEO of Rented, Inc. before it was acquired by TravelNet Solutions. Throughout their career, Andrew has founded and served as the CEO of VacationFutures, worked as the Director of Solutions Design, Managed Services at Axiom, and served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co., handling strategy and organizational issues for various client projects. Andrew also gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at Ashe, Rafuse & Hill, LLP, Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, and Merrill Lynch during their early career.
Andrew McConnell pursued their undergraduate education at Harvard University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (AB) degree with a focus on History. Andrew later attended Harvard Law School from 2003 to 2007, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a specialization in Law. Andrew engaged in further academic pursuits during the academic year 2005-2006, studying at the University of Cambridge to attain a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, specifically in the field of Law.
