Jo Rance has over 20 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy. From 2000 to 2004, they worked as International Innovation Manager at Allied Domecq. Jo then moved to Dyson as Marketing Director from 2001 to 2007. From 2007 to 2015, they held the positions of Head of Marketing (Category & Campaigns), Category Trading Manager, and Senior Category Marketing Manager at B&Q. In 2015, they were appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Farrow & Ball, where they led an exceptionally talented team in the UK, Europe & North America. From 2019 to 2020, they held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at TravelLocal, and Brand Strategist at Woodpecker Flooring. Jo also worked as an On-Demand CMO & Independent Brand Strategist from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are a Brand Strategist at David Austin Roses.
Jo Rance completed a BA/MA Hons in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford in 1992. In 2017, they attended the Harvard Business School's IWF Leadership Foundation Fellows Program and the INSEAD Women Leading Global Change Program.
