Patti Betts is an experienced Independent Technical Software Trainer and Coach with extensive expertise in the legal field, providing contract training and application support since October 2010 for companies such as Encoretech and Traveling Coaches. Additionally, as a business owner of MsPattiCakes since April 2015, Patti manufactures and sells low carb gluten-free pancake and baking mixes to major retailers like Kroger and Whole Foods.
