Kat Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account and process management. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager and previously a Process Improvement Analyst at Travelers Europe since June 2022, Kat has a strong background in process implementation and customer service, demonstrated through roles held at Agilico from September 2013 to June 2022, including Process Implementation Manager and Customer Service Manager.
