Elena Harper is an experienced insights manager with a strong background in market analysis and customer experience. Currently serving as the Insights Manager at Travelers Europe since April 2019, Elena leads work that guides product and strategy development while producing vital market analysis and viability reports for the commercial insurance sector. Previously, as the Customer Insight Manager at Bupa Global, Elena managed a global customer satisfaction program and conducted extensive market research projects. Additional experience includes senior roles at HM Revenue & Customs, Sony Electronics, and a research analyst position at Euromonitor International. Elena holds a Master's degree in Leisure, Tourism and Environment from Wageningen University & Research and a Master's degree in Geology from Vilnius University.
