Stephanie Little is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the insurance and financial industries. Currently at Travelers Canada since August 2013, Stephanie manages IT Delivery projects, leading multiple teams and overseeing budgets while employing both waterfall and agile methodologies. Previously, at Northbridge Financial Corporation from January 2012 to August 2013, Stephanie successfully implemented operational software applications and managed risks and budgets. From May 2000 to December 2011, Stephanie held various project management roles at Markel Insurance Company of Canada, handling diverse projects, including web applications and legacy system replacements. Stephanie began a career in corporate management with a focus on business development, designing products and educational materials for insurance clients. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ivey Business School at Western University, obtained between 1998 and 2000.
