Shannon Lancaster is an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in commercial auto underwriting and claims adjustment. Currently serving as Account Executive of Commercial Auto Underwriting at Travelers Canada since January 2019, Shannon previously held the position of Senior Claims Adjuster at Gifford Carr Insurance Group from April 2014 to January 2019. Prior to this, Shannon worked at Travelers Canada as a Claims Adjuster and began a career in the insurance industry at belairdirect, where roles included Claims Adjuster and Insurance Sales Agent. Shannon holds a DEC in Social Sciences from Champlain College Saint-Lambert, earned between 1993 and 1996.
