Kathleen Baldwin has extensive experience in non-profit organizations, particularly in leadership roles. Kathleen served as President & CEO of Travelers Aid International since 2019. Prior to that, they were the President of Travelers Aid Society of San Diego from 2001 to 2019, where they provided critical services to various populations and offered information and referral services. Additionally, Kathleen Baldwin served as Grants Chair for the Boys and Girls Foundation in 2012, Executive Director of Camp Fire Boys and Girls for San Diego and Imperial Counties from 1994 to 2001, Executive Director of Rainbow Island, Inc. in San Diego from 1985 to 1994, and Founder & Executive Director of Rainbow Center for Exceptional Children, Inc. from 1976 to 1985.
Kathleen Baldwin attended Forest Sherman High School in Naples, Italy. Kathleen then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian and Political Science from UC Santa Barbara. After that, they completed a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
