Xinda Chan has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the business management and sales fields. They started their career in 2004 as a Management Trainee & Sales Assistant at Coats, where they gained valuable experience in the industry. In 2006, they joined Coats Guangzhou Ltd as a Customer Service Supervisor, where they successfully set up a new customer service team and implemented SAP system for order processing. From 2009 to 2011, Xinda worked as an Assistant Area Sales Manager at Coats Shenzhen, focusing on sales management and relationship building with key accounts and global brands' nominated factories. They then joined Coats Group plc as an Assistant Key Account Manager in Global Sales, where they collaborated with global key account managers and coordinated global brand business across Asia production countries. Finally, since 2016, Xinda has been working as a Senior Business Manager at Travel Sentry.
Xinda Chan obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, attending from 2000 to 2004.
