Natalie Hyatt, PCC, serves as the Senior Director of Learning & Development at Travel + Leisure Co. since May 2014 and has been the President of Leading Growth, a professional coaching and leadership development company, since December 2006. With extensive experience in the learning and development field, Hyatt previously held the position of Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Wyndham Vacation Ownership and served as Vice President at JPMorgan Chase from 2004 to 2009. Earlier career roles include Senior Manager of Quality at Adelphia Communications, where oversight of 10 Quality teams across national call centers was managed, and Site Training Manager at Sprint. Hyatt began the professional journey at Citibank (Banamex USA) as a Manager. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Psychology and Economics from Miami University and attendance at Capital University Law School.
