Carole Conway is an experienced professional in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as an Independent Contractor with Travel Planners since May 1995, where mentoring ten new home-based agents is a key responsibility. Previously, Carole held the position of Human Resources Manager at Reservation Services International from November 2011 to October 2015, overseeing a team of over 50 employees. An extensive tenure at Galiano Career Academy from May 1994 to July 2010 included roles as a Supervisory Instructor in Travel & Tourism, where curriculum development and student placement were primary duties. Beginning their career as Vice President of the Travel & Learning Center from 1994 to 1995, Carole managed daily operations, training, and enrollment of students. Carole's educational background includes studies at Wright Jr. College and Weaver Airline College, supported by diplomas from Austin High School and John Hay.
