Carole Conway is an experienced professional in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as an Independent Contractor with Travel Planners since May 1995, where mentoring ten new home-based agents is a key responsibility. Previously, Carole held the position of Human Resources Manager at Reservation Services International from November 2011 to October 2015, overseeing a team of over 50 employees.
