Erica Jo Rago has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Erica Jo began their career in 1991 as a Manager at Edison Brothers Menswear Group. From 1994 to 2000, they worked as a Sales and Operations Manager at Verizon Wireless. Erica Jo then joined Winstar Communications as a Senior Manager from 2000 to 2001. Erica worked as a Territory/Account Manager at Grainger from 2001 to 2003. Erica Jo then served as a Senior Sales Representative at GSK from 2003 to 2008. Erica joined the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) in 2008 and worked as a Division Manager until 2016. Since then, they have been working at Travel Media Group, starting as the Director - National & Strategic Accounts from 2016 to 2017. Erica Jo then held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships & Sales from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Erica is the VP Strategic Partnerships & Sales at Travel Media Group.

Erica Jo Rago attended Penn State University from 1989 to 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In 2003, they participated in the Clinical Preceptor Program at Harvard Medical School, focusing on Medicine.
