Paul Chernenko is an experienced cost estimator currently employed at Traton Homes Inc since August 2002, utilizing the FAST Builder Management System. Previously, Paul worked as an estimator and builder specializing in residential design at Montcalm Properties Inc from February 2000 to July 2002, contributing to developments in subdivisions such as Windermere Park, Polo Fields, and Great Sky. Prior roles include residential design at O'Dwyer Homes Inc and estimating at Peachtree Residential Properties, where initial experience with FAST was gained. Earlier career positions encompass roles as a purchasing assistant/estimator at McCar Homes and Pulte Homes Inc, and as a structural engineering CAD operator at Lockwood Greene. Paul studied at Southern Polytechnic State University from 1988 to 1990.
