Adah Elizabeth has extensive experience in customer service and compliance roles, currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at TRASTRA since July 2020, where responsibilities include handling reviews on Google and Apple store, providing phone support, and resolving tier 2 cases. Prior to this, Adah worked as a Customer Support Specialist, managing online and offline tickets through Zendesk. Previous positions include Customer Support and Compliance Agent at RBFC Global Limited and Radugar, LLC, and a Compliance Officer at Ninecor Company.
