Francesco Pulcini currently serves as Responsabile impianto People Mover and Assistente Direzione Lavori at TPER SPA since July 2014, where responsibilities include operational management of Crealis construction sites. Prior experience includes a role as Structural Engineer at Studio Enarco in April 2014 and research for a Master's thesis at the University of Southampton focusing on the modeling of hybrid monopile foundations under lateral loading, specifically investigating the performance of these foundations for offshore wind turbines. Francesco Pulcini holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, along with an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution, and a Laurea Magistrale in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Southampton.
