Philip Mayo is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing day-to-day ship-to-ship and shore-to-ship operations at TraPac since July 2020. In this role, Philip manages labor, subcontractors, and outside stakeholders, ensuring efficient operational coverage and developing reports on annual budgets and vessel productivity. Prior to TraPac, Philip served as a vessel manager at Transmarine Navigation Corp, coordinating port calls and preparing essential documentation. Philip's background includes a position as a shipping agent intern at Norton Lilly International, where documentation and service procurement for marine vessels were key responsibilities, as well as a marketing internship at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services, focusing on event management and campus engagement. Philip began a career path with a city management internship in Vallejo, California, and has experience as a brand ambassador. Philip holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in International Business and Logistics from California State University Maritime Academy.
