Danny Gardner, PE has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Danny started their career as an Engineering Tech at Corporate Consulting & Development Company in 1982, where they primarily focused on drafting various supports and mechanical drawings, as well as analyzing supports using software programs.

In 1984, they moved on to Central Technical Services as an Engineering Tech, where they continued their role until 1986. During this time, they gained further experience in technical support and analysis.

In 1986, Danny briefly worked at Southern Technical Services as an Engineering Tech before joining NCDOT later that year. At NCDOT, they held various roles, starting as an Engineering Tech and gradually advancing to Transportation Engineer I and then Transportation Engineer II. As an Engineering Tech and subsequently as a Transportation Engineer, their responsibilities included developing roadway plans, setting alignments, generating cross-sections and templates, and computing quantities for design plans using Geopak software.

Danny's tenure at NCDOT lasted until 2016, during which they served as a Transportation Engineer II Supervisor. In this role, they oversaw projects and team members, utilizing their expertise in transportation engineering.

Since 2016, Danny has been working as a Senior Project Manager at TranSystems, where they channel their extensive knowledge and experience to successfully manage projects.

Throughout their career, Danny Gardner, PE has demonstrated a strong background in transportation engineering, project management, technical analysis, and drafting, making him a valuable asset in their field.

Danny Gardner, PE obtained an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from Wake Technical Community College from 1979 to 1982. Danny also holds a Professional Engineer License in North Carolina, obtained in December 2007.
