Rudy Francis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rudy started their career at FEGS in 1997 as an Outreach staff member. Rudy also worked as a Store Manager at Sprint from 2003 to 2006 and then as a Store Manager at Verizon Wireless from 2006 to 2007. In 2013, they transitioned to becoming a Business Broker at Transworld Business Advisors. Rudy then pursued a career in real estate, initially joining Gilco Realty LLC as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 2017. Rudy later moved to Boutique Realty in 2018, where they worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Currently, Rudy is working as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at New York One Realty Inc, starting in 2021.

Rudy Francis attended Adlai E. Stevenson High School from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on General Studies. Rudy then went on to attend Howard University from 1987 to 1990, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during this time.
