Marc Schwartz is a seasoned professional in project management and workplace strategy, currently serving as VP Project Management and Director Workplace Strategies at Transwestern since January 2023. With a comprehensive background that includes a long tenure at MB Real Estate as Director of Workplace Strategy and VP of Project Services, as well as prior experience as Sr. Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield, Marc has developed extensive expertise in enhancing corporate real estate value and optimizing workspace solutions for major clients. Earlier career roles included Principal at SpAce, Project Manager/Director at Partners by Design, Project Architect/Manager at Horn & Associates, and Project Architect at ISD. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and further studies at the Ecole de Beaux-Arts in Versailles.
