David Shoemaker has extensive experience in operations management and customer service, currently serving as a Dispatcher at TransWest since March 2021. Prior to this role, David held the position of Circulation Business Operations Manager/Customer Service Supervisor at Coeur d'Alene Press from September 2001 to March 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, performing HR functions, managing employee relations, and processing payroll. David's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Cyber Security and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from ITT Technical Institute, as well as an additional Associate degree in Computer Science from Columbia Basin College.
