Kristin Cubberly is the SVP of Human Capital at Transverse Insurance Group. Kristin has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has been with Transverse for 5 years. Prior to Transverse, Kristin was with Siguler Guff & Company for 4 years as the Principal and Director of Human Resources. Kristin has a wealth of experience in talent planning, recruitment, compensation, diversity & inclusion, benefits, and immigration. Kristin is a strategic thinker and problem solver who is able to see the big picture and develop creative solutions. Kristin is a strong leader and coach who is able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve success.

Kristin Cubberly received their BS in Business Administration from Villanova University. Kristin also attended Paramus Catholic High School.

They are on a team with Dennis Sparks - US Programs Chief Underwriting Officer, Ethan Allen - EVP & Chief Risk Officer, and Rob Zerafa - EVP & COO. Kristin Cubberly reports to Erik Matson, Chairman & CEO.
