Jake Wilsea-Smith, CFA has a background in corporate finance. Jake worked as an Analyst at Rothschild & Co before moving on to become the Senior Manager Corporate Finance at Transurban. Prior to this, Jake held positions at Deloitte New Zealand and the University of Canterbury. Some of their notable experiences include the acquisition of a stake in WestConnex and the refinancing of debt facilities.
