Johnathan Rudy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, data protection, and military law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at TransUnion, Johnathan advises the global information and cybersecurity organization on various information security functions. Concurrently, Johnathan serves as a Reserve Staff Judge Advocate for U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command, providing legal guidance on cyberspace operations and ethics. Previously, Johnathan held significant roles, including Chief of Cyber Operations Law and Assistant Prosecutor for U.S. Military Commissions at Guantánamo Bay.
