Elrika Haasbroek is an experienced marketing and analytics professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing Services at TransUnion since August 2018. Previously, Elrika held various managerial positions at Absa, including Director of Data Strategy and Manager of Unsecured Analytics, where responsibilities included developing analytical capabilities and managing teams to support credit card and customer management strategies. Elrika began a career at Barclays Africa Group Limited, overseeing both Card and Strategic Analytics while also launching initiatives such as "The Trendspotter" newsletter for internal insights. Elrika holds a Master's degree in Risk Management from North West University Potchefstroom and a Matric Senior Certificate from Hoerskool Wesvalia.
