Ardi Sumanjaya has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Ardi started their career in 2010 at Indosat Ooredoo, where they worked as a Customer Service Prepaid. Ardi later transitioned to a Staff Channel Management role before becoming a Staff CSM (Web Programmer). In 2012, they joined PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk as a Customer Service Galeri for a brief period. Ardi then moved on to PT Infomedia Solusi Humanika (ISH) in 2013, where they worked as a Customer Service Specialist. In 2014, they joined AstraWorld as a Staff Database. Ardi continued their career at Gojek starting in 2015, initially working as an RTFM/Desk Monitoring. Ardi later became a Fraud Data Analyst Appeal and worked until 2020. In 2021, Ardi joined CARRO as a Customer Service Representative and worked until November. Currently, they are working at TransTRACK.ID as an After Sales Service Specialist.
From 2007 to 2010, Ardi Sumanjaya attended the Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika, where they obtained a degree in A.md with a focus in Komputerisasi.
