Luis Carlos Flores is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in network engineering and management. Currently serving as Provisioning Engineer Manager at Transtelco since February 2015, Luis has previously held the position of Ingeniero Borderless at ConNext by Migesa from April 2014 to February 2015, and Jefe CRC / ISP at Cablemas from January 2004 to April 2014. Luis Carlos holds a degree in Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales from UACJ, completed from 1998 to 2004, and has pursued additional education at Cisco from 2014 to 2017, including obtaining the Cisco CCNA certification.
