Neha Pant is an experienced solution architect with a focus on CRM, currently employed at Emirates Airlines since March 2015. In this role, Neha develops and redesigns product solutions tailored to client objectives while addressing diverse business needs. Prior to Emirates, Neha was a CRM business analyst and solution specialist at Tech Mahindra from October 2008 to March 2012, where responsibilities included conducting business requirement gatherings and managing user acceptance testing for VIVA. Neha also served as a CRM team lead and developer at Tikona Digital Networks, contributing to the development of wireless broadband services. Earlier career experience includes a role as a consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions, specializing in Siebel development and order management. Neha holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
