Gavin Howe began his career with TRC in 1988 as an intern while completing his master's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1990. After completing his master's, Gavin joined the Technical Services group as a Technical Specialist before becoming the Manager of the Crash Avoidance group. Gavin was promoted to Director of Technical Services in January 2022. Howe completed his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
