Ingrid Weisenbach is a seasoned transportation professional with extensive experience in project management and planning. Currently serving as Technical Manager and Senior Project Manager at Transportation Investment Corporation since May 2023, Ingrid is contributing to the $4.15 million Fraser River Tunnel Project. Previously, from July 2015 to April 2023, Ingrid worked as a Transportation Planner for the District of North Vancouver. Prior to that, Ingrid was a Transportation Project Manager at SANDAG from April 2010 to October 2012, overseeing the $27 million I-15 tolling system for the $1.3 billion I-15 Express Lanes project. Ingrid's earlier experience includes serving as a Transportation Planner and Project Leader at the Oregon Department of Transportation from October 2001 to April 2010, managing multiple capital projects, and as a Long-range Planner at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning from September 1999 to July 2001, where Ingrid contributed to various transportation demand projects. Ingrid holds a Master's degree in Geography from the University of Illinois Chicago.
