Quinn Leoni PhD has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. They currently serve as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Talent Strategy at Transportation Insight, where they develop and execute talent strategies to create an exceptional work environment and ensure the company has the necessary talent to achieve its business goals. Prior to this, they held various roles at Cox Communications, including Director of HR, Talent, ID&E Solutions, Director of Leadership and Organizational Development, and Director of Training and Organizational Development. In these roles, they focused on implementing inclusive strategies, driving cultural change, and managing talent development. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant at H. J. Heinz and as a Consulting Associate at Development Dimensions International, where they gained experience in organizational development and client relationship management.

Quinn Leoni, PhD, has an extensive education history. In 1994 to 1996, Quinn attended La Roche University, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management. Following this, from 2001 to 2005, Quinn pursued further education at Walden University, specializing in Leadership and Organizational Change and ultimately earning a Ph.D. in this field.
