Prior to this role, Michael held the position of District Manager at Penske Truck Leasing from December 2021 to September 2023. Michael's extensive career at DeCarolis Truck Rental Inc spanned over three decades, during which time Michael progressed through various leadership roles including President and CEO, President, Executive Vice President, Vice President of Sales, Branch Manager, and Account Manager. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Tampa's John H. Sykes College of Business, earned between 1981 and 1985, and completed high school at Union Endicott from 1977 to 1981.
