Zach Kinny started their career in 2013 as a Personal Caretaker at Pers. In 2014, they worked as a Front Desk Salesman at Litchfield Building Center for a few months. In 2015, they served as an Assistant Engineer at Meeker County Highway Department. The following year, in 2016, Zach worked as a Human Resources Communications Intern at Essentia Health and later as a Shipping and Receiving employee at Dakota Supply Group. Since 2017, they have been employed at TLC Companies, initially as a Regional Sales Manager and currently holding the position of Senior Regional Sales Manager.

Zach Kinny attended Litchfield High School from 2009 to 2013, where they received their High School Diploma. Following that, from 2015 to 2017, Zach pursued further education at Concordia College, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General.
