Owen Smith is an experienced Network Management Engineer currently employed at Transport Infrastructure Ireland since December 2013, where previously served as a Site Engineer for the Luas Cross City project. Prior to this, Owen worked as a TBM/Control room Engineer for Dragados Sisk Joint Venture on the Crossrail Project, and as a Site Engineer at Priority Geotechnical Ltd, overseeing site investigations across Ireland. Additional roles include serving as a Surveyor for CCS Surveying on the Catchment Flood Risk Assessment and Management Study, as well as a Site Engineer for Padhraic Moneley Ltd and working as a Tunnel Surveyor for Mowlem Construction on the Dublin Port Tunnel Project. Owen holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and two Post Graduate Certificates in Applied BIMM, all from reputable institutions in Ireland.
