Mark Cullen has extensive experience in engineering and management within the transport infrastructure sector. Since September 2008, Mark has held various positions at Transport Infrastructure Ireland, currently serving as the Energy & Systems Manager. Previous roles at the organization include LCC Contract Manager (Systems) and Senior Systems Engineer/Project Manager. Prior to this, Mark was a Consultant SCADA Engineer at ESB International and held senior engineering roles at Irish Rail. Mark's educational background includes an MSc in Energy Management and a BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from DIT Kevin Street, along with completion of the IMI Senior Leadership Programme in Business Administration and Management. Mark is also a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland and possesses an Advanced Diploma in Project Management as well as Tier 1 certifications in commercial skills related to capital works and procurement.
