Shane Corrigan is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on operational efficiency and project leadership. Currently serving as a Principal Engineering Leader at Transport for London since February 2020, Shane previously held the role of Operations Coordinator at NHS England, where responsibilities included coordinating volunteers and enhancing Covid-19 vaccination services using lean techniques. Prior experience includes positions as Principal Project Engineer and Consultant Engineer at SEGULA Technologies, where leadership of cross-functional teams contributed to the development of manufacturing processes for electric vehicles, and as Automotive Manufacturing Engineer at Webasto. Shane’s career also features roles in technical management, project management, cost reduction engineering, and early engineering positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng. Hons) in Lean Manufacturing from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, as well as various health and safety certifications.
