Athira Suresh Pillay's work experience began in 2016 at Wichita State University, where they worked as a Student Assistant and Tutor. In these roles, they provided accurate information on international student policies and procedures, performed clerical duties, and developed and implemented comprehensive lesson plans for individual students.

In 2018, Athira joined BOMBARDIER as a Project Engineer Intern. Athira worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams, tracked deliverables, and provided status updates to the management team. Athira also complied with existing policies and made recommendations for continuous improvement.

Most recently, Athira has been working at KBX since 2021. Athira started as a Systems Coordinator and then became an Implementation Specialist, where they contributed to program development and implementation. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager.

Athira Suresh Pillay completed their education at Wichita State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. Athira'seducation was completed in 2020.
