Matt Blunsten is an experienced digital product leader currently serving as the Head of Digital (Tech and Data) at Transport for London since October 2024. Previously, Matt held the position of Head of Product and Technology at Samsung Electronics from January 2016 to September 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the digital product function across various market segments. Matt's earlier roles include Head of Product and Systems at OLIVER UK, Global Head of Product and Design at Adstream, and several leadership positions at Williams Lea and EMAP. Matt began a career in design and production at Time Warner Inc. and Time Magazine and holds a BA Hons in Design Studies and Photography from London Guildhall.
