Gav M. has a diverse work experience in the transportation and maintenance industry. Gav started their career in 2012 as a Team Leader at FCC Environmental Services. In 2015, they transitioned to Network Rail as a Track Maintenance Operative and later took on the role of Track Maintenance and Inspection Technician for CTRL and HS1. Gav M. joined Transport for London in 2020 as a Senior Maintenance Technician and later progressed to the position of Principal Maintenance Technician. Gav then transitioned to the role of Senior Planning Technician before finally becoming a Principal Planning Technician. In 2022, Gav M. briefly worked as a UI UX Designer before returning to their role at Transport for London.

Gav M. is currently pursuing a Self-educated education in Project Management, with a focus on obtaining an APM Project Fundamentals Qualification. In addition, Gav M. is also self-educating themselves in the field of UI UX Design.
